I’ve always been a high achiever. Always had a drive and determination to succeed.
Always wanted more. But this hasn’t always been my life.
As a busy doctor and the main household earner, I wasn't earning enough to cover my family living expenses. My credit card debt was soaring and my overdraft was maxed out. It got so bad that my bank manager called me in as we needed a plan to get me out of MY spiraling debt, fast.
I had a young family to bring up who I didn't have much free time to spend with. I was frantically exchanging my time for money, in a stressful job where I had reached major burn out. It was far from the freedom-based life I dreamt of.
Out of desperation for more freedom, and with only the belief I could change my reality, I started searching for ways to replace my doctor's salary fast. That's when I found short-term rental property, otherwise known as serviced accommodation.
Short-term rental property changed everything for me.

Despite my time restraints as a busy mum, doctor and without much money to start (we're talking less than £10k), I started and scaled my short-term rental property business to 6-figures in revenue in year one, implementing the rent-to-rent strategy on one day a week.
Within months, and starting with just the belief that I could, I replaced my doctor’s salary and started learning about and implementing effective systems in my business to finally create the freedom, time and money I craved.
With the money I raised largely via rent-to-rent, I am now in the fortunate situation where I have gone from nothing, to buying properties in cash, using investor finance from people online whom I have never met in person, as well as mortgages and bridging loans.
